Bloomberg News interviewed DadsDivorce.com founder Joseph Cordell about the rising number of couples divorcing leading to an increase in “new households.”
“There is a pent-up demand for divorces,” which are usually “a matter of convenience or discretion,” said Cordell, principal partner of Cordell & Cordell, a law firm that represents men in domestic litigation.
The Bloomberg article on divorce reported Cordell & Cordell’s clients have increased by 20 percent in the first quarter of 2011 and that is likely to continue in the next few quarters as more men realize the importance of hiring a firm that solely focuses on representing males.
