My daughter has been held back in school multiple times and her mother does not force her to apply herself. I’m supposed to pay child support until she graduates, but will the emancipation date change because of these setbacks?

Where I do practice in Virginia, child support is controlled by statute. Child support will last until the child turns 19 or graduates from high school, whichever first occurs. So, while the court will not consider why the child has been held back a grade, it will end child support upon the child turning 19.
