Utah Rep. Jim Nielson talked with DadsDivorce.com editor Matt Allen about his proposed bill in Utah that would require couples to take a mandatory divorce orientation class sooner than they do now.
He addressed the viewpoints of proponents and opponents of the bill and what its potential impact on children of a divorce.
Rep. Nielson began serving in the Utah House of Representatives in 2011, and also served as an appointee to the Reagan Administration from 1983 through 1988.
