According to the settlement offer I just received, I am to pay $5000 for my wife’s legal fees. Does her attorney have the right to charge me even though she took it on as pro bono?

I live in Arizona I am retired military …I pay child support to 2 women for 3 kids. And the support payment is too much. I believe I have 2 strong custody interference cases. The step father of. One child thinks he is entitled to my money and attempts to supervise my visitation. I have 2 ex in-laws that feel their status as a grand parent gives them more time. Both cases I feel my children are bein manipulated by their mothers and I feel neglected by the state. I hAve spoke to attorn yes but they ask for 3 to 5 thousand to reduce support a d increase my parenting time…I have rights .they ha e been violated and I need help…..
