Heard Cordell & Cordell’s Ads About This Topic
I have to admit when I heard this man’s law firm’s ads talking about how divorce might be the right move during these hard economic times something about it bothered me.

Now, I think I understand better where they are coming from. As a funny side note, my wife got the house before the downturn of the market and I got a cash payout.

Now the house payments are not reflective of what the house is “really” worth. I invested the money back into my business which was a great move. Though I didn’t see that coming, it is worthwhile to consider the possible shifts of value in the assets being divided. Now might be the time to strike if you have indeed decided to divorce.
