Stepping Up Fitness: Safe & Effective Running, Part 1

This is the fifth in a series of fitness videos called “Stepping Up Fitness.” has partnered with Lionheart Fitness & Performance to bring you workout videos that will help you stay fit.

In this segment you’ll learn about common problems people have when running and the correct form and movement of running.

Previous segments focused on setting up a cardio program, cross training with dumbbells and a two-part series on core exercises. Lionheart is currently training a 2012 Summer Olympics hopeful.

On the first of each month, we’ll post a new fitness video to help you get in better shape.
