After 20 states considered laws in 2015 that would grant children more equal access to each parent after divorce, Missouri and Florida are already considering similar bills this year and more states are expected to join the mix.
Men’s Divorce added an article explaining various issues that often arise when completing your taxes after divorce. Filing taxes likely became predictable during marriage, but there are a number of factors that can create additional problems with the IRS when you file after divorce, particularly in the first filing year.
