There is no one size-fits-all parenting style that is certain to produce happy, well-adjusted children and a cohesive family unit. The fact is, what works for one family might spell disaster for another. 

Alex Jensen, assistant professor at Brigham Young University and father of three, has conducted extensive research on why some families excel while others seem to struggle. Although each and every family is different, there do seem to be some common traits that many fathers often share.

Jensen joins DadsDivorce to discuss what he’s discovered in his research regarding fatherhood and how dads can work to become better parents.
