DadsDivorce Live: Creative Parenting for Non-Custodial Dads

Being a non-custodial parent is hard enough. The difficulties of the situation are only exacerbated if you’re one of the many divorced dads who only get to see their kids over school breaks.

Bennett Litwin was one of those “summer dads” and he turned his experience into Letters to Adam: Diary of a Divorced Dad. The book is a collection of letters from Litwin to his son while he lived with his mother during the school year.

DadsDivorce.com editor Matt Allen talked with Litwin about the challenges his situation presented and how to deal with being a parent who only gets to see his child during the summer months.
