In this edition of DadsDivorce Live, editor Matt Allen is joined in studio by Mike Doherty, the chairman and co-founder of Children’s Rights Council of Illinois, to talk about the current state of family law.
2011 will likely be a pivotal year for family law reform and Doherty’s group will be at the forefront. CRC is a charitable organization that advocates for shared parenting and works to inform and educate the public and family courts on dealing with children of separated and divorced parents.
