Over the next year, the National Parents Organization will conduct a wide-ranging study of the child support system.
According to NPO Founder and Executive Director Ned Holstein, this will be the first comprehensive study of child support policies from the point of view of the entire family. Previously, the majority of research devoted to the topic has focused on the well-being of the custodial parent.
Dr. Holstein recently joined DadsDivorce to discuss specifically what the study will examine, why such a study is necessary, and why modern child support policies tend to be inherently flawed.
