Men’s Divorce Podcast: Parental Alienation

Each month, Dads Divorce sponsor Cordell & Cordell produces the Men’s Divorce Podcast, which features interviews with authors, politicians and other divorce professionals on issues fathers frequently face during the divorce process.

This month, we will discuss how parental alienation affects children, the warning signs of alienation and how alienated parents can fight back in court, as well as speak with experts and victims of this unfortunate condition.

You concentrate solely on Dad’s but what about Mothers dealing with a controlling father, and parental Alienation? Any advice in this department?

My wife and I are currently separated and going through a divorce. Recently she has kept our daughter away from me, and has told our daycare that I am not allowed to pick her up. None of this has been signed off by a judge. I’d like to know more about my rights and see if this is legal or not.
