    Scott, in some states affairs count against the cheater, like Texas. But it depends where you got married or whereyou file for divurce. So get her to sign the house to you , and go get a divorce lawyer who is experianced but not too expensive. Good luck , Monty

    hey guys. im 46 years old, been married 21 years, and about 3 months ago my wife left me and my son. move out, and started a new relationship with a convict. she left us with all the bills, proceede to bounce 11 checks which cost me 1000$. the our cell pones are one the same plan and she charged up a 921$ cell bill. im scared what she might do next. i provided a brand new 08 suv which i know will be repoed eventually that is in her possesion. ive cancelled my credit cards and bank account to stave off any more accurances. she says she is wiiling to put in writting that she does not want the house…? i need an affordable laywer to help me through this but i dont know where to turn. i have never had an affair on her but she has done this to me twice. please help me! i have the kids and all the bills. she wants a divorce, i need a divorce. there are really no assetts except for the house, but i dont know if theres going to be a challenge on that or not. any help would be appreciated. thamk you.
